Pipe + Frame Necklace

Architectural design meets industrial design meets modern wearable fine art. An incredibly beautiful statement piece.

Hand-cut and drilled oak wood bars are linked together with hand-formed and soldered 14k gold filled rings, then connected with solid brass tubing. The pendant is suspended by light sand colored clon cord. A 14k gold filled magnetic closure which uses a strong rare earth (neodymium) magnet is used for ease in putting on and taking off.

Every industrial metal element is coated by hand with a jewelry grade sealer to prevent interaction with your skin or discoloration/oxidization. These metals may slightly patina naturally over time, and that process is intentional. Highlighting these metals is a key feature in the Makerware line and allows each piece to be truly unique.
