Black Garlic Ginger Salt
Starting with a base of Kosher sea salt and infused with house-fermented garlic and Burlap & Barrel's Buffalo Ginger, an heirloom variety grown in Vietnam, for a slightly sweet umami flavor with a punchy hit of ginger.
Uses are endless but some of our favorites are to use in a stir fry, sprinkle on veggies and meats, or use to add depth to soup.
