Aged Sherry Vinegar

Aromatic, lightly floral, smoky and smooth. Made with sun-ripened palomino grapes and aged slowly in toasted white oak barrels. Intriguing hints of almond and apricot. Spritz over grilled veggies or fish. Blend with olive oil and shallots for a classic vinaigrette. Pairs fabulously with smoked paprika. 

Ingredients: Aged California sherry vinegar, apricot juice.

Acidity 6%, contains naturally occurring sulfites.
