SALT + BLUE GIVES

From October 1, 2018 thru December 1, 2018, Salt + Blue will be donating 10% of its total Accessories and Wellness sales to SafeHouse Denver. “SafeHouse Denver is the only agency in the City and County of Denver providing both emergency shelter and non-residential counseling and advocacy services exclusively serving women, children and youth who are survivors of domestic violence. We target our programs to meet community need and as a result have made it mandatory that certain staff are bilingual in direct response to the large number of monolingual Spanish-speaking women and children who access our services each year. SafeHouse Denver was one of the first battered women’s shelters in the nation and played an essential role in the community’s efforts to build systemic support for victims of domestic violence. This is a role SafeHouse continues to play today.” October is domestic violence awareness month. With gratitude, we continue to thank you for supporting us and helping us give back to the community we live in. To learn more about SafeHouse Denver, you can visit their website here.

From July 1-31, 2018, we donated 10% of every sale to the ACLU; specifically to support kids separated from their parents at the border. Thousands of parents and children (as young as infants) have been forcibly separated by the Trump Administration with no plan in place for reuniting these children with their parents. With all due respect, this is a bi-partisan, non-secular issue. Families belong together. To learn more about this crisis and how the ACLU is advocating for these misplaced children as well as other ways in which you can help, please visit their website. With sincere gratitude, we thank you for your ongoing support.

From March 1, 2018 thru June 1, 2018, we donated 10% of our total profits from our Wellness curation to the non-profit organization Conservation Colorado. "Conservation Colorado represents the next chapter in protecting Colorado's environment. With your support, we will stay on the front lines to protect Colorado's air, land, water, and people."  To learn more about Conservation Colorado, please visit their website.

We donated 10% of our total Home Goods and Accessories sales from September 22, 2017 through December 31, 2017 to Project Worthmore - a local Denver non-profit organization restoring worth to refugees through the heart of our community. To learn more about Project Worthmore please visit their website

We donated 10% of our total accessories sales from January 1, 2017 - June 1, 2017  to the non-profit organization Every Mother Counts - an organization dedicated to making pregnancy and childbirth safe for every mother, everywhere.
