Chili Pepper Savory Jam
Chili pepper, garlic, ginger, and lime.
Spicy chili peppers are cooked down in a bath of apple cider vinegar, ginger root, garlic and a touch of lime juice. This jam has a smooth lingering spice with a kick of flavor from all sides. Pairs wonderfully with hard and soft cheeses, but perhaps is a favorite on a cracker with a schmear of cream cheese.
Sustainably sourced ingredients: red jalapenos, cane sugar, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, garlic, ginger root, sea salt, pectin.
