Lightweight and visually beautiful, we love these handmade earrings by Makerware.
The pipe triangle is made from sections of hand-cut square brass tubing that form its shape by threading durable light sand colored clon cording which is suspended from an angular ear wire. The earring wires are hand-formed and made from 14k gold filled wire.
Drop length from earring wire measures 1 3/4”
Every industrial metal element is coated by hand with a jewelry grade sealer to prevent interaction with your skin or discoloration/oxidization. These metals may slightly patina naturally over time, and that process is intentional. Highlighting these metals is a key feature in the Makerware line and allows each piece to be truly unique.
Using raw materials and a minimalist aesthetic, each pair of earrings is handmade by Ashley Nardone of MAKERWARE and DUOFAB (visual design) in Lake Worth, Florida. Ashley’s design focus with Makerware is to take unconventional materials and reinvent them as wearable, everyday objects.
